John Zubcic is an Associate General Counsel in the transactional practice group.  Prior to joining Arizona State University, John served for fifteen years as Associate General Counsel in the Air Force Office of General Counsel in San Antonio, Texas.  John advised the Air Force on a wide range of transactional matters, including real estate transactions, government financing, leasing, and other complex transactions.  Before he joined the Air Force, John worked in private practice with a large law firm in Phoenix.  John received his BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
