- Athletic event contracts
- Contracts with athletic officials, such as referees, umpires, and similar workers at athletic events
- Sponsorship agreements in a form approved by University counsel
- Professional consultant contracts not to exceed $10,000
- Performance contracts not to exceed $10,000
- Sun Devil Stadium Suite License Agreements and agreements that relate to the use of facilities under the direct control of the Vice President for University Athletics after consultation with University counsel or on forms approved by University counsel
- Other agreements or contracts that relate directly to the responsibilities and functions of Sun Devil Athletics, provided that such other agreements or contracts do not impose a financial obligation on the University and are not sponsored grants or contracts
