Managing Director of ASU’s University Design Institute

  1. Requests for reproduction or other use of materials, the copyrights for which materials are owned in the name of the Arizona Board of Regents
  2. Publishing agreements entered into by the University as publisher, in a form approved by University counsel

  4. Other agreements or contracts, other than procurement contracts and sponsored grants or contracts, that relate directly to the responsibilities and functions of the office of ASU Media Enterprise, provided that such agreements or contracts do not impose a financial obligation on the University and are in a form approved by University counsel

  1. Publishing and copyright agreements related to works of authorship commissioned by Zócalo Public Square, in a form approved by University counsel
  2. Agreements related to management and representation of works of authorship under the control of Zócalo Public Square, in a form approved by University counsel
