Sun Devil Athletics Compliance

NCAA rules and regulations vest ultimate responsibility and final authority for the conduct of a university’s athletics program with the university’s president. The President has delegated the university’s athletics compliance responsibility to the Office of General Counsel (OGC) which provides advice and suggestions to the athletics department through the Sun Devil Athletics Compliance Office. OGC has assigned direct oversight of the Compliance Office staff to the Executive Director of Athletics Compliance. The staff has its offices within the athletics department where the Executive Director has dotted-line reporting obligations to the Vice President for University Athletics.
