Agreements that relate directly to the responsibilities and functions of the Office of the Vice President for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, provided that such agreements are not sponsored grants or contracts and further provided that if such agreements or contracts impose a financial obligation on the University such financial obligation shall not exceed $10,000

  1. All contracts, including procurement contracts, that relate directly to the responsibilities and functions of the McCain Institute for International Leadership, not to exceed the dollar threshold for which a formal competitive solicitation is required, as set forth in the Arizona Board of Regents Procurement Code, regardless of whether such contract is a procurement contract
