- Facility use or rental agreements that relate to the use of facilities under the direct control of the dean, not to exceed $20,000, and in a form approved by University counsel
- Contracts for the use of off-campus facilities (other than hotel, banquet, conference, or convention centers, or similar facilities, which must go through Purchasing and Business Services) for college-sponsored programs, not to exceed $10,000, and in a form approved by University counsel
- Speaker, honorarium, and performance contracts for college-sponsored programs within facilities under the direct control of the dean, not to exceed $20,000, and in a form approved by University counsel
- Services agreements, after consultation with University counsel or on a form approved by University counsel, for the provision of external sales or services by University departments under the direct control of the dean, not to exceed $20,000
- Sponsored Instructional Projects Agreements with the corporate partners that sponsor instructional projects (capstone projects)
- Agreements that relate directly to the responsibilities and functions of the Office of the Vice President for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, provided that such agreements are not sponsored grants or contracts and further provided that if such agreements or contracts impose a financial obligation on the University such financial obligation shall not exceed $10,000
