Kylie TenBrook is an Associate General Counsel in the employment practice group. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Kylie spent 12 years in private practice, where she represented and advised employers, including public employers, with respect to labor and employment issues. Kylie also served as Corporate Counsel for Best Western International, where she provided guidance regarding employment issues, oversaw and managed all litigation, including employment, contract, trademark, personal injury, and consumer protection litigation, conducted training on various topics, and provided legal and business advice to the Board of Directors and the company’s business units.

Kylie received her bachelor’s degree in communication from Eastern Michigan University and her law degree summa cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law. Kylie is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
