Mary Grace represents Arizona State University in connection with its real estate transactions and development projects. She comes to the University from the City of Mesa, where she worked for seven years as an Assistant and then a Deputy in the City Attorney’s in-house Land Use practice group. Before her employment at Mesa, Mary Grace was in private practice at the law firms Kutak Rock, Sacks Tierney, and Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander (now Dickinson Wright). Her experience includes advising public entities about real estate matters, representing municipal owners in real property and development transactions, and litigation involving loans secured by real and personal property, title defect and insurance, contractor payment disputes, construction defect and contractor payment and performance bonds. Mary Grace focuses her practice on real estate and development transactions, including leasing, real estate finance, and construction-related matters.
Mary Grace received a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Political Science in 1990 and received her J.D. Law degree from New York University School of Law in 1993.
